COVID-19 STATEMENT

Chandler, Britt & Jay is taking a number of steps to protect the health and well-being of our clients and to control the spread of COVID-19 (corona virus) in accordance with the CDC and local health authorities.

We are undertaking elevated cleaning and sanitizing which includes
(1) a periodic commercial disinfectant misting service similar to what hospitals use; and
(2) cleaning and wiping down high touch surfaces after each client completes his/her appointment.

Additional precautions:   Our attorneys and staff will wear facial coverings/masks. Clients are required to wear masks as well and we will provide masks to clients and others upon entry.  We will abide by social distancing protocols and limit the number of individuals in any one room and stagger appointments amongst clients.   Hand sanitizer will be present in all common areas and conference rooms.
Drive-up service:   Where applicable, we are willing to meet clients at their vehicle to execute documents; pick-up papers, etc.  This includes the execution of Wills and other estate documents.

Virtual consultations:  We will continue to offer virtual consultations over the telephone or via ZOOM or similar platforms.
