I am a trial attorney first. My knowledge of the courtroom, evidence, procedure, and the way judges “do things” and “see things” makes me an extremely effective resource and advocate for my clients. While I always try to seek a resolution that will benefit my clients outside of the courtroom, I know that if needed, I can back up my client’s position inside the courtroom where it counts.

I cannot thank you enough!!

Danielle’s professionalism was stellar and her empathy and willingness to explain things to our son was critical for him to handle the out of state child custody case. She helped all of us through a tough and scary time and started us on the road to having our grandbaby in a safe, healthy, trustworthy and loving environment.

The best legal advocate you can find.

Danielle Mays is a fabulous attorney. She helped me through some really dark times through a nasty 2 year long custody case that seemed unbeatable and 4 criminal cases. With her excellent legal counsel, we won the custody case, and all 4 criminal cases resulted in a “clean” record after probation. She communicates extremely efficiently, is a problem solver, and the best legal advocate you can find.

Excellent Lawyer!

I used Danielle Mays when going through a divorce. She did an excellent job and I got the results I was hoping for. She was professional, tough, prompt, and courteous. I would highly recommend her.

I could not have picked a better attorney!

I was referred to Danielle Britt Mays of CBJ law firm in Buford, GA. Danielle is amazing. She is smart, caring, patient, and extremely quick thinking in the court room. Danielle represented me in a custody case and knew how sensitive the subject of your child is and approached with just that. If you are looking for an excellent attorney that will keep you updated, give you great advice, and fight for what you truly want. Danielle is what you are looking for!

She gave my life back!

She took my case and believed in me. She works extremely hard for her clients and does the best for you. I had 5 counts of felonies against me and she worked hard filing motions, holding people in contempt, contacting whomever regarding my case, and communicating with me throughout my entire case. Her communication skills were excellent and she did amazing job and got my entire case dismissed. She gave me my life back and now I’m starting a business

Couldn't be happier!

Danielle Mays was nothing but wonderful through our entire case. She kept us informed. . Used her imagination and expertise to come up with what we considered a perfect outcome. Best lawyer I’ve ever dealt with. This firm epitomizes professionalism and knowledge of the law at its finest. They always have their client’s best interests at heart. Danielle in particular is more than just a fabulous attorney. She helped me through a grueling custody case and multiple criminal cases, and we came out on top each time. She communicates extremely efficiently, is a problem solver, and the best legal advocate you can find. Honestly, she’s a role model for me, and I have grown so much as a person just from being her client. I can’t thank her enough for what she has done for my family and me on a personal and legal level.

A Job Well Done!

My husband hired Danielle Mays to get a modification on his sentence after a first attempt which was denied. She worked thoroughly and gathered pertinent information to build a case. She didn’t hesitate at all but listened and gave us time and effort. She fought for us from beginning to end and answered all questions we had along the way. My husbands motion was granted and we could not have asked for a better result… Thank you Danielle a job well done
